Enjoy some healthy fudge that is 100% yummy with 0% regret. This smooth, carob fudge is made with 7 simple whole food ingredients, is dairy free, and can easily be made vegan. Enjoy and share if you can.

CAROB PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
In a medium bowl mix together the coconut oil, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.
Add the carob powder and sea salt and stir until well mixed.
Pour mixture into a loaf pan or small container lined with parchment paper. Spread into an even layer and sprinkle with carob chips. Refrigerate or freeze for at least an hour.
Remove from the fridge or freezer, cut into small squares and enjoy!
Recipe Note
- If there are any leftovers, store them in the fridge.
- You can sub maple syrup or allulose for the honey to make these vegan.
