Here is a super simple, 5 ingredient recipe that you will want to make again and again. It is sugar free and grain free and is topped with our delectable unsweetened carob chips.

Ingredients
1 16oz jar organic creamy peanut butter
½ cup butter

1 ½ tbsp vanilla extract

¾ cup powdered allulose or other sugar substitute

¼ cup unsweetened carob chips

PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
In a small saucepan, add the peanut butter, butter, and vanilla extract. Mix ingredients together and stir continuously until everything is melted and incorporated.
Take off the burner and add the powdered allulose. Stir until nice and smooth.
Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
Pour the fudge into the pan.
Put in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes or until no longer hot.
Remove from the fridge and sprinkle with carob chips.
Return to the fridge for another 45 mins or until solid.
Once the fudge has finished chilling, use a large chef’s knife to cut it into 16 or more pieces.
Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge for a few weeks.
Recipe Note
Best eaten straight from the fridge. If you leave it out of the fridge, it will become too soft and sticky.
