It's nobody's birthday here @missyjssnacksandtreats, but these would make the sweetest, ha ha, no pun intended, flourless (not chocolate) carob cookies and dairy free ice cream treats.

When the cookies were warm out of the oven I felt like I was in a fancy restaurant enjoying a molten flourless cake. The bite was warm and sensational.
