I remember trying carob in my youth, maybe fifty years ago, when it tasted gritty and unappealing, a pretty poor substitute for chocolate. After just having tasted my first order of the almond butter cups, I can't believe how rich and deliciously satisfying they are. I prefer darker chocolate, and the almond ones seem darker than the peanut butter (which are still quite tasty). On top of that, my body doesn't tolerate sugar well, so having access to an unsweetened version is just heaven. I went from having to watch out for the caffeine and sugar in chocolate affecting me negatively to getting obsessed with these Missy J almond cups to the extent that when I'm coming home from work I'm dreaming of them and realizing the temptation that I can eat a lot of them given the no sugar and no caffeine. I'm so impressed at the quality, akin to very high-end Belgian chocolate.

I can only say that I’ve never had such a mind blowing treat in all my 63 years. The truth is that I am allergic to chocolate as it gives me migraines. Carob does not give me migraines; so when I discovered these my life literally changed as these bars are absolutely delicious! I cried when I first ate one. Believe me when I say these bars have the taste and texture of dark chocolate peanut butter cups, and are absolutely delicious! They melt in your mouth, and are super creamy and rich. Hard to not eat both in one sitting, as they are pretty small. But, perfect size for a tiny treat and a just a hit of something sweet after a meal. Chocolate historically makes me breakout with acne, so this makes me feel like I can have 'chocolate' again but without the guilt. Thank you, Missy J's!

My wife has a bad allergy to chocolate and i found this website and tried it out. Turns out she can have carob without a negative reaction, makes me wish they had valentines chocolates and the like. Overall great!

As someone who has lived their entire life NOT eating chocolate (not a fan!), finding options for carob has always been a challenge. Good carob options, even more so… until I tried Missy J's. The selection of carob snacks is not only plentiful, but every one I’ve tried has been amazing. The carob cashews, in particular, are a treat. They combine a generous layer of carob over a smooth, silky cashew, finished off with a light dusting of carob powder. They just melt in your mouth with goodness! I would have included a photo, but they didn't last long enough...On the next order!!!

People think I am crazy because I don't like chocolate. I don't think I'm missing out! Missy J's carob products are DELICIOUS. Not all carob is good. In fact most of it is just bad. From the first bag of carob chips I tried from from Missy J's...I was hooked. Eventually I branched into the Carob Cups with Peanut Butter...DELICIOUS!! Seconds after that photo was taken, the rest was devoured. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We are very pleased with this roasted carob powder.
So far we’ve used it for smoothies, brownies , and hot carob.
It’s delicious and it won’t affect your sleep like chocolate can.

Melt in your mouth wonderful peanut butter and carob. Really like that all the food products we ordered had coconut oil in them, so healthy!

What a treat! Great combination of crunchy, peppermint, and carob. Can't seem to taste the lime oil. Lovely packaging.
