I love being able to make our own bite sized dark carob covered toasted almond bites with Missy J's dark delights carob bar. it's so easy to break off the sections, they fit perfectly into a smaller silicon candy mold, then add gently toasted broken almonds and a light touch of salt. I also really enjoy having some of this bar plain, it's surprising it's unsweetened, I would never have thought so, quite rich tasting!
