These carob protein waffles are quick, nutritious, and chocolate-free. Packed with protein and oats, they’re soft, flavorful, and perfect for a healthy breakfast or post-workout meal.
Ingredients
2 large eggs
½ cup plain, whole milk Greek yogurt
2 tbsps cream (or whole or non-dairy milk)

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 ½ tsps vanilla extract
1 scoop (25 grams) plant-based vanilla protein powder

¾ cup old fashioned rolled oats

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp sea salt

¼ cup carob chips

Directions
CAROB PROTEIN WAFFLES
Preheat your waffle iron to medium-high and lightly coat with cooking spray.
Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.
Pour about ½ cup of batter into the preheated waffle iron, close, and cook 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the waffle and serve immediately with butter, maple syrup, nut butter, or your favorite toppings.
